Your future responsibilities:
For our office in Mainz, we are currently seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) who would like to work with us to set new standards in the European promotional products industry. Your main tasks include:
- Customer advice and support: Competent advice and support for our customers via various communication channels.
- Quotation preparation: Development of individual offers that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.
- Supplier negotiations: Successful negotiations with external suppliers and partners to achieve the best conditions.
- International communication: Professional communication and price negotiations with our partners in Europe and the Far East.
What we expect:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of service awareness
- Independent and sales-oriented approach
- Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
- Written and spoken English skills
- High customer focus and team spirit
- Sales experience is an advantage
