We calculate shipping costs based on weight; the shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process under Shipping Costs.

Shipping costs to other EU and non-EU countries

For shipping addresses in EU countries and worldwide, shipping costs are calculated based on the effort involved and communicated separately. The delivery time for items with branding is usually 2 weeks. We deliver items without branding within 1-3 days. Express delivery is possible for many items. You are also welcome to request your preferred delivery date. Please contact us with any questions about shipping and delivery at +49 6131 69301 0. We will be happy to help you. For the delivery of sample items we charge €6.50 plus VAT within Germany. For other countries, see item details. The delivery time is usually around 3-5 working days. For orders from the Far East, the delivery time is around 1 week. Delivery is worldwide.

Prepayment: (2% discount)

After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation and invoice by email, including our bank details. Please then transfer the full invoice amount. Once the payment has been received into our specified account, we will send you the ordered goods.

Invoice (only after a successful credit check)

After a successful credit check, you can pay by invoice.

PayPal

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal. After successful PayPal payment, you will be redirected to the shop.

PayPal Express Checkout

With PayPal Express, you can pay quickly and securely directly from your shopping cart.

Credit Card

We currently accept Mastercard and Visa cards.

Return and refund

Pursuant to Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the buyer must immediately inspect the delivered goods and report any defects to avoid forfeiting their warranty claims. Delivered goods will only be returned following a prior written agreement between the buyer and TLN Trade Company GmbH. Goods that have been provided with advertising at the buyer’s request will not be taken back. The buyer shall bear the return costs. TLN Trade Company GmbH cannot accept returns without postage paid. There is no right to a resend of the goods. Samples can only be delivered against invoice. There is no right of return for samples. If the customer is an entrepreneur or is acting on behalf of a company (Section 14 of the German Civil Code), no right of withdrawal or return is granted in accordance with Section 312g of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Section 355 of the German Civil Code.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
